From prototype to series production: We produce casting parts for the industry using the sand casting technique according to the drawings and models provided by the customer. The mould construction is made in our company; in case of provided drawings, experienced partners create models. We produce parts with unit weights of 0.01 kg to 100 kg and sizes of up to 2.5 m such as:

• Bearing shells
• Shift rings for engines

We would be pleased to advise you on the implementation of your idea, to show you casting possibilities as well as advantages and disadvantages of different materials. We offer numerous options of further processing as well. If desired, we deliver the packed end product including installation of parts from other sectors.
